By utilizing technology as a business enabler, Kuda thrives in customer-centric business environments. He specializes in melding people, process and technology to provide holistic solutions and interventions for clients. He also has experience in organizational and systems development in a global and multicultural context. In his role as Managing Partner, Kuda brings his expert consulting, organizational development and learning experience to clients leading to increased value and sustainable change.
Microsoft has acknowledged Kuda’s knowledge and experience by selecting him as an Ambassador to represent Microsoft in events. Andrew McInally entered the IT industry with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education forming the foundation to a further 15 years industry experience. Over this time Andrew has developed a range of technical, business and communication skills through various leadership and management roles. With strong communication, business and technical skills, Andrew continues to provide a high level of technical skill in addition to providing leadership and support. Andrew has continued to formalise these skills with the completion of a Masters of Information Systems Security, various Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (2008) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer – Security, VMWare Certified Professional (VCP 5.0) and PRINCE2 Foundation Certifications.
Andrew has led the Technical and Project Management teams in a number of IT consultancy businesses, most recently being a team of 22 in a Queensland-based business supporting over 1500 users locally and internationally. Recognising the opportunity of cloud-based and collaborative systems, Andrew's business was the first in the region to successfully deploy Microsoft/Telstra's cloud-based BPOS (Office 365) offering. Since that time Andrew and his teams have assisted over 3,000 users in both corporate and educational fields to leverage internal knowledge and systems through comprehensive implementations of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SharePoint. Andrew continues to recognise the benefits of new technology, and assists businesses to realise their potential through optimised, integrated business systems, both on premise and online.
Corey has 8 years experience in the IT Industry and 4 years experience with developing SharePoint solutions. He is an expert in designing and implementing business forms, workflows, portals and code based solutions. He also develops and provides customised hands-on training.
Corey is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified IT Professional and has successfully completed the CTT+ Train the Trainer course.
Corey has delivered many successful projects with companies such as National Energy Board, Alliance Pipeline, AtlasGas and ETS.
Behavioural Psychologist & OD Consultant
Galia Cohen Rosenberg, MA in psychology from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. She is a psychological expert-instructor, engaged in interpersonal behavioral psychology in organizations for over 20 years.
Today she guides, develops training programs, courses and lectures for managers and organizational consultants in a number of Academic Institutions in Israel. In the past she was a military organizational development consultant since 1996 until the end of service in 2012, specializing in advising to a wide range of professional organizations, such as technological institutions, medical organizations, Prosecutor's Office, Human Resources, Education and Finance.
Her last position was a senior role at the IDF center for Leadership Development where she coauthored the concept of leadership development in the IDF. Galia has broad and rich professional training both local and from international study programs. Her unique method, integrates tools from traditional and up to date psychological approaches, to a wide range of useful skills proven to be critical to managerial success and organizational effectiveness.
Eric has been with PowerHouse since 2011. Working in SharePoint Administration, he has monitored and managed the internet/ intranet environment. Eric has planned for, installed and deployed the collaborative platform many times. He has configured business servers and databases. He implements best practices during the backup and restore processes. Eric troubleshoots errors and deploys user solutions for your company’s system needs. He has participated in Disaster Recovery exercises.
When not working, Eric loves spending time with his wife and three sons. He enjoys the arts, sports and travel. Driven by a strong sense of community, he is an avid supporter of various local non-profit programs. Eric looks forward to assisting the needs of your organization.
